Keeping healthy together

It’s always more fun when you grow with a loved one!

It can be hard for your loved one to practise healthy habits while juggling treatment, doctor’s appointments, and potentially other age-related ailments. They may feel frustrated, tired, and maybe lose the motivation to practise healthy habits.

Set lifestyle goals together

To help them stay on track, you and other family members can set goals with your loved one and make lifestyle changes together.

Remember that building healthier habits is for everyone! You can help promote healthy living for your older loved one by trying new habits together, like daily walks, going to the gym together, developing new recipes together, gardening, and so on.

Doing this not only helps your older loved one, but helps you to start practising healthy habits.
